Secure Payment & Invoicing

To keep orders smooth and compliant for laboratory use, we use verified, low-risk payment flows. Please review your options below.

1) Bank Transfer (Wise Business) — Recommended

This is our primary, most secure, and lowest-fee payment method.

  • Currencies: We hold local accounts in EUR, GBP, and USD (other currencies supported via conversion).
  • How it works:
    1. At checkout, select “Bank Transfer (Wise Business)”.
    2. You will receive an order confirmation email with full, localized bank details (EUR, GBP, or USD) and your Order Number.
    3. Pay from your own bank’s app or website. No Wise account required.
    4. We match your payment to your Order Number and begin fulfilment.
  • Reference: You MUST include your Order Number (e.g., #1042) in the payment reference.
  • Processing time: Typically same-day to next business day once funds arrive.

2) Card or PayPal via Secure Invoice (on request)

If you prefer to pay by card or PayPal, we can send a one-time secure invoice link after your order is logged.

  • How it works:
    1. At checkout, select “Bank Transfer (Wise Business)” to create your order.
    2. Reply to your order confirmation email requesting a “Card/PayPal invoice link”.
    3. We will manually generate and email you a secure payment link.
    4. Once paid, we confirm and ship.
  • Why manual? This avoids false declines and account holds common with automated gateways for technical goods.

3) Purchase Orders (Institutions)

We accept POs from accredited universities and research institutions.

  • How it works:
    1. At checkout, select “Bank Transfer (Wise Business)” to log your order.
    2. Reply to your order confirmation email with your PO attached (PDF) or send it to contact@norrchemica.com.
    3. Standard terms: Net 7–14 days (subject to approval).
    4. We dispatch upon approval or per agreed terms.

4) After Checkout — What to Expect

  1. Immediate confirmation: You receive your Order Number and payment instructions.
  2. Match & confirm: We confirm once your payment is received (you’ll get a receipt).
  3. Fulfilment: We ship with full documentation (CoA/SDS) and tracked service. DDP options available for selected regions.

5) Other Currencies & PayPal (Manual Invoice)

Our checkout is in EUR to keep our process simple and secure. However, if you *must* pay in USD, GBP, or via PayPal, we can do this manually.

  • How it works:
    1. At checkout, select the "Bank Transfer (Wise Business)" option to log your order.
    2. Then, reply to your order confirmation email and request a "manual invoice in USD" (or GBP, or for PayPal).
    3. We will cancel your EUR-based order and email you a new, secure invoice with the correct currency.

6) FAQ

  • Fees: Wise bank transfer is typically the lowest-fee route; Card/PayPal invoice fees vary by issuer and region.
  • Transfer speed: EUR/SEPA & GBP Faster Payments are usually same-day; international USD can take 1–2 business days.
  • Can I change payment method after ordering? Yes. Reply to your confirmation email and we’ll switch to Wise transfer or send a secure Card/PayPal invoice.
  • Refunds: Processed to the original method. Bank transfers typically appear in 1–3 business days; cards/PayPal 3–5 business days depending on provider.

7) Compliance & Security

Compliance: All products are supplied strictly for laboratory, R&D, and technical use. 

Security notice: Only send payments to the verified beneficiary SYNFINN DISCOVERY OY (NorrChemica™). We do not use intermediaries or third-party payment links.
