From outside the EU
We prepare the customs paperwork. You print it, fold it, and tape it on.

Print what we send you
The shipping label, three copies of the commercial invoice, and the back sheet. Print them all — nothing to fill in, nothing to sign.
Label on the front, documents on the back
The label goes on the front. The documents go into a clear pouch, folded, taped to the back. Most parcel shops give the pouches away free.

Tell us roughly what the sample is. We do the rest of the paperwork.
We assign the customs commodity code, declare the sample at nominal value for laboratory analysis, and write the export declaration. You do not look anything up, and you cannot get it wrong.
